I think we all know that Home will be getting a open Beta in the fall.SCEE will be extending the Beta in July and even opening it up to European Press.Later this month, they are supposed to show off some of the gaming spaces. So,if anybody at SCEE is looking at this. How about a Beta invite :)

Yeah, hopefully it's actually an open beta in fall. That's really all I can pray for. I don't doubt Sony in their choices, like I'm sure that after Reeves said that they weren't properly focusing their time on the gamer half of the system, primarily the advertising half (which is OK for the sake of money, which is the reason the service is free to us) it reaffirmed my thoughts that the development's resources were not being properly oriented. They should've been focused on getting things like game launching, interaction with friends, design and polish going, but instead were more worried about getting the advert sections up and running.

My point is, I put faith in Sony to make the service as good as it can be, regardless of how long it takes, but at the same time I am getting impatient because of the way they have touted it, yet they have no hard evidence of it's use, or how it's going to be as good as they say because none of us (except those in the closed beta) have been able to see it. Tis discouraging.
